  The RSGB has today released Syllabus v1.5 – this is mainly to address Ofcom’s requirements for the new EMF licence conditions to be included in training and exams.
  
  The new syllabus takes effect for exams on or after 1st September this year, to give everyone a chance to update training material and books, etc
