what would you like to learn?

listening / decoding signals?

if you have some basic computer skills you can buy a RTL-SDR USB dongle for your computer (its a radio receiver on a USB stick ) and some free software to start listening for a small cost https://www.amazon.co.uk/RTL-SDR-Blog-RTL2832U-Software-Defined/dp/B0129EBDS2

the link above is for the genuine dongle, there are a lot of cheap Chinese clones which are pretty shocking and basically rubbish, see https://www.rtl-sdr.com/rtl-sdr-quick-start-guide/

they have lots of tutorials on the site as well https://www.rtl-sdr.com/category/tutorial/

but once you have the dongle setup and something like SDR# installed to control it you can listen to anything pretty much
